Prospective authors are invited to submit a two-page abstract for review. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper (4–6 pages).

Submission Guidelines
- Two-column IEEE conference format, A4 paper size
- Abstract: 2 pages maximum
- Full paper: 4–6 pages (up to 8 pages with extra charges)
- PDF format only, maximum 5 MB
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI for all figures
- Top margin: 36 mm; Bottom and side margins: 19 mm
Plagiarism Policy
All submissions will be screened using iThenticate. Papers with significant overlap with previously published work will be rejected.
