On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to IEEE-NEMS 2027 — the 22nd IEEE International Conference on Nano/Micro Engineered and Molecular Systems, to be held at National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
IEEE-NEMS is a premier international conference sponsored by the IEEE Nanotechnology Council. Since its inception in 2006, the conference has served as a leading forum for the exchange of cutting-edge research results and innovative ideas in the fields of MEMS, nanotechnology, and molecular systems.
Hsinchu, known as Taiwan's "Silicon Valley," is home to the world-renowned Hsinchu Science Park and some of the most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the world. National Tsing Hua University, one of Taiwan's top research universities, provides an ideal academic setting for this conference, with its strong tradition in engineering and nanotechnology research.
